Donations & Memberships support the creation of all our original programming, including our FREE weekly Short Story Podcast and WORDTheatre Campus. For 20 years, we have been bringing well-known actors & authors into under-resourced schools in Los Angeles and London. Your donation to WORDTheatre Campus will enable educators and students in classrooms worldwide to sign up to experience free audio and video recordings of live short story performances from our vast archive, paired with educator guides, on our new website designed to making literature more exciting & accessible!

Students and adults from all walks of life are engaged and transformed when they step into the world of a great writer, brought to life by a great actor. Help us make a better world one story at a time.

WORDTheatre is a 501 (c)(3) in the US Tax ID: #95-4379725 and  is registered as a Dual Charitable Trust #1203917 the Charity Commission in the UK. Donations have tax benefits as allowable by law.

“I want to let you know how fortunate I feel to be part of the incredible enterprise you call WORDTheatre — to my knowledge, your effort to extend the audience of fiction by dramatizing the written word is unique — may you continue to work your magic with texts and performers -may you attract more and more support for your projects so more people can partake of the gift WORDTheatre® offers.”
